移动端三维模型软件在储运项目“三查四定”工作中的应用

The Application of Mobile 3D Modeling Software in the Work of“Three Checks and Four Determinations”for Storage and Transportation Projects

在新建炼化企业储运项目“三查四定”阶段,利用传统纸质二维图纸资料进行现场检查的方式不够直观,效率不高。目前大多数主流三维模型软件都只能在PC端运行,现场携带不方便,难以实时查看。文章从“三查四定”的工作需求出发,结合储运项目“三查四定”工作的特点,分析了移动端三维模型软件与“三查四定”工作结合的意义,最后通过实践将移动端三维模型软件Sview应用到储运项目的“三查四定”工作中,达到提高效率的目的。

In the stage of“three checks and four determinations”of storage and transportation projects of new refining and chemical enterprises,the use of traditional paper two-dimensional drawing data for on-site inspection is not intuitive enough and not highly efficient.At present,most of the mainstream three-dimensional model software can only run in the PC terminal,which is not convenient to carry on site,and it is very difficult to view the three-dimensional model in real time.This paper starts from the work demand of“three checks and four determinations”,combines the characteristics of the work of“three checks and four determinations”of storage and transportation projects,analyzes the combination of mobile 3D model software and“three checks and four determinations”.Finally,through practice,the mobile 3D model software Sview is applied to the work of“three investigations and four determinations”in storage and transportation projects to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.
