智慧护理系统在创伤护理一体化团队激活中的实践研究

Use of intelligent nursing platform in activation of integrated trauma care team

目的 探讨智慧护理系统在创伤护理一体化团队激活中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1~6月创伤中心抢救的严重创伤患者199例作为对照组,同年7~12月抢救的严重创伤患者148例作为观察组。对照组由创伤护理一体化团队实施护理,观察组结合智慧护理系统实施一体化团队创伤护理。比较两组患者院前院内衔接时间、转运时间、监护室护理措施落实时间、首次创伤心理评估时间、首次康复护理会诊时间、救治成功率以及护士满意度。结果 观察组各救护时间节点耗时较对照组显著缩短,患者救治成功率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),护士应用智慧护理系统整体满意率91.42%。结论 智慧护理系统的应用有助于提高护理水平与护理效果,使患者获益。

Objective To explore the clinical value of intelligent nursing platform in the activation of integrated trauma care team. Methods Totally, 199 severe trauma patients admitted in trauma center from January to June 2020 were selected as the control group and another 148 severe trauma patients admitted from July to December 2020 were selected as the intervention group. The control group was managed by the integrated trauma care team, while the intervention group was managed by the same team with the assistance of an intelligent nursing platform. Such outcome measures as pre-hospital-to-hospital time, in-hospital transport time, intensive nursing measures start time, the initial trauma psychological assessment time, the initial rehabilitation nursing consultation time, and success rate of treatment, were compared between the 2 groups. Nurses′ satisfaction was also assessed. Results All the time intervals were significantly shorter, and the success rate of treatment significantly higher, in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Nurses′ overall satisfaction rate were with the use of the intelligent nursing platform stood at 91.42%. Conclusion The application of intelligent nursing platform helps to improve nursing care level and nursing effect, and is beneficial to patients.
