摘要
河湖连通存在污染物在河湖之间转移的风险,城市内河与湖泊连通风险更甚,还可能影响城市河湖正常功能。对此,提出了一种新的河湖连通模式--“分流岛”,介绍了其主要技术措施、技术方案和关键技术指标,并以某城市湖泊工程为例,介绍了其实际应用情况。结果表明,分流岛在保障城市湖泊水质安全与滞洪调蓄功能、内河日常的纳污排污功能及提升城市品位等方面具有较好的效果。该连通模式不仅适用于城市河湖连通治理,还可适用于大江大湖的江湖关系协调治理中,具有较好的推广应用前景。
River-lake connection increase the risk of pollutants transferring between them, especially in urban inland, it may even break the normal functions of urban rivers and lakes. This paper has proposed a new pattern of river-lake connection-"diversion island", and the main technical measures, solutions, and key indicators are also included. A real urban lake engineering case is used to introduce its real application situation. The result shows that the “Divisional Island” helps ensure the safety of urban lake water quality and flood detention and storage, it also promotes the daily pollution receiving and sewage function of inland rivers, improves the city grade. This model is not only suitable for the governance of urban rivers and lakes, it can also be used to coordinate governance of river-lake relations between large rivers and lakes. Hence, the ‘Divisional Island’ for river-lake connection has a good prospect of spread and application.
