摘要
为估算白云水库堆石坝脱空缺陷体积,使用探地雷达进行无损探测,以Revit为平台开发,使用C#编程语言连接SQL Server数据库、调用Matlab函数库,使用XAML语言进行用户界面设计,开发脱空域图像模拟及体积计算插件。通过数据的读取与计算,程序绘制各测区脱空域三维模型,呈现其体积信息,最终拟合出高频率探地雷达求取混凝土面板下脱空缺陷体积的函数表达式。经过实地测量验证,拟合公式具有较高的精度,根据体积总量采取灌浆法处理方案,脱空病害得到基本消除。
In order to solve the cavity disease and estimate the volume of the cavity area, ground penetrating radar was used for nondestructive detecting in Baiyun rockfill dam. The Revit was taken as a development platform. The C# programming language was used to connect SQL Server database and call Matlab function library. The user interface was designed by using XAML language, and a plug-in of image simulation and volume calculation of a certain cavity area were developed. By reading data and calculating, this program can draw the 3 D model of cavity area in each survey area and present its volume information. The function expression of calculating volume of cavity area beneath concrete slab with high frequency ground penetrating radar was finally fitted. After field measurement, the fitting formula has high precision. According to the volume calculation, the grouting method was adopted to solve the slab detaching problem, and the cavity disease has been basically eliminated.
