摘要
目的探讨踝关节骨折(AF)合并三角韧带断裂应用带线锚钉修复联合解剖钢板内固定(APIF)治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月68例AF合并三角韧带断裂患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组用APIF治疗,观察组则加用带线锚钉修复治疗。比较两组临床效果、不良反应,以及术前术后疼痛评分及踝关节功能评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术前两组疼痛评分、踝关节功能评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P> 0.05),术后观察组疼痛评分更低,而踝关节功能评分更高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 AF合并三角韧带断裂应用带线锚钉修复联合APIF治疗,可提高疗效,能更好地改善患者的踝关节功能,减轻术后疼痛,且不良反应更少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of threaded anchor repair combined with anatomical plate internal fixation( APIF) on ankle joint fracture( AF) with triangular ligament rupture. Methods Sixty-eight patients with AF complicated with triangular ligament rupture from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with APIF,and the observation group was treated with suture anchor. The clinical effects,adverse reactions,preoperative and postoperative pain scores and ankle function scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in pain score or ankle function score between the two groups before operation( P > 0. 05). After operation,the pain score of the observation group was lower,while the ankle function score was higher. Compared with the control group,the differences were significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The application of suture anchor repair combined with APIF in the treatment of AF complicated with triangular ligament rupture can improve the curative effect,better improve the ankle function,reduce postoperative pain and has fewer adverse reactions.
