外滩近代办公建筑内部空间改造手法研究

Research on Internal Space Transformation Techniques of Modern Office Buildings on the Bund in Shanghai

近代办公建筑拥有着现代建筑无法比拟的室内外空间,是彰显上海地域特色、传承城市文脉的重要载体。目前在这类历史建筑的保护活化工程中,由于主客观原因的影响,往往主要关注其外立面的保护与修复,对其内部空间的改造则缺少了系统性的研究和针对性的设计,从而导致了历史风貌、时代价值等方面的缺失。本文通过对近年来更新改造完成的外滩近代办公建筑案例的研究,首先对内部空间改造原则进行明确。

Based on the case study of modern office buildings on the Bund,which have been transformed and renovated in recent years,this article firstlymakes clear the principles of internal space transformation.To be specific,when the spatial framework and style of historical buildings remain unchanged,adaptability,contemporaneity an devolvability of new elements are highlighted.On this basis,examples are cited,while a series of highly applicable transformation methods,such as unification,juxtaposition,contrast and dissolution,are summarized.This injects new vigor and vitality into the interior space of modern office buildings.
