补肾活血汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Huoxue Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:观察补肾活血汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症的临床疗效,以及对患者性激素的影响。方法:选取118例PCOS所致不孕症患者,按不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组各59例。对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,合并胰岛素抵抗(IR)者予以盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及性激素水平;比较2组妊娠率、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组BMI、WHR均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组BMI、WHR均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率33.90%,高于对照组15.25%(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率77.97%,高于对照组52.54%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组FSH、E_(2)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组LH、T水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合西药治疗PCOS所致不孕症,可提高临床疗效,降低体质量和WHR,改善性激素水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue tang combined with western medicine on patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),as well as the effect on sex hormones.Methods:A total of 118 cases with infertility caused by PCOS were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the patients with insulin resistance(IR) were treated with metformin hydrochloride.The observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The body mass index(BMI),waist-hip ratio(WHR) and levels of sex hormones were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The pregnancy rate and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the BMI and WHR in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the BMI and WHR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 33.90%,higher than that of 15.25% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 77.97% in the observation group,higher than that of 52.54% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E_(2)) in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of FSH and E_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bushen Huoxue tang combined with western medicine can improve clinical effect,reduce body weight and WHR,and improve levels of sex hormone in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS.
