消白灵汤联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaobailing Tang Combined with 308 nm Excimer Laser for Vitiligo

目的:观察消白灵汤联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将白癜风患者82例随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组给予308 nm准分子激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用消白灵汤治疗。2组疗程均为12周。观察比较2组临床疗效,并对2组治疗前后不同时间点的中医证候积分、白癜风面积及严重程度指数(VASI)进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为87.8%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后2个时间点的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月,2组VASI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后2个时间点的VASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白灵汤联合308准分子光治疗白癜风,可显著提高治疗有效率,缓解患者临床症状,有效减少白癜风面积及皮损程度。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaobailing tang combined with 308 nm excimer laser on vitiligo.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaobailing tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Chinese medicine syndrome scores and Vitiligo Area Scoring Index(VASI) at different time points before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.6% in the observation group and 87.8% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Chinese medicine syndrome scores one month and three months after treatment in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores at two time points after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of VASI one month and three months after treatment in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores at two time points after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiaobailing tang combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo can effectively improve effective rate of treatment,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce vitiligo area and skin lesion degree.
