Experience Introduction of ZHANG Qingping in Treating Chloasma by Facial Surround Acupuncture and Body Needle

中医治疗黄褐斑立足整体、着眼于人体脏腑经络、气血阴阳,审证求因、辨证施治。张教授在黄褐斑的治疗上主张辨病和辨证结合,病机围绕肝脾肾三脏,通过面部围刺结合体针调理肝脾肾,调节机体阴阳,平衡全身气血以祛瘀生新。笔者从选穴思路、治疗思路、典型医案3个方面介绍张庆萍教面部围刺法结合体针治疗黄褐斑的经验,可供临证学习参考。

In Chinese medicine,its treatment is based on the concept of holism,and focuses on the zang-fu organs,meridians and collaterals,qi and blood,and yin and yang in human body.And the causes of it are analyzed by examining different syndromes,and the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.Prof.ZHANG advocates the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chloasma.In his view,the pathogenesis of it should be considered the liver,the spleen and the kidney.In her experience,the above three organs of patients are regulated by facial surround acupuncture and body needle,the yin and yang of the body adjusted,and the whole body qi and blood are balanced to remove stasis and regenerate new blood.The authors introduce Prof.ZHANG’s experience in the treatment of chloasma with facial surround acupuncture and body needle from three aspects of point selection,treatment and typical medical cases,which can be used as reference for clinical study.
