摘要
三氧化二砷(arsenic trioxide,As_(2)O_(3))是目前国际上公认的治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的首选靶向药物之一,但As_(2)O_(3)导致的心脏毒性仍是临床面临的一个严峻问题。近年来,活性氧自由基参与As_(2)O_(3)心脏毒性的机制成为研究热点。活性氧自由基是As_(2)O_(3)诱导的心脏毒性机制的一个重要交互点,有望成为预防As_(2)O_(3)心脏毒性的靶点。本研究就活性氧自由基参与As_(2)O_(3)心脏毒性的机制作一综述。
Arsenic trioxide is one of the first-line targeted drugs for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia,however,arsenic trioxide-induced cardiotoxicity is still a serious clinical problem.Recently,the mechanism of reactive oxygen species involved in arsenic trioxide-induced cardiotoxicity is becoming a research hotspot And reactive oxygen species is expected to become a target for preventing arsenic trioxide-induced cardiotoxicity since it plays an important role in the mechanism of arsenic trioxide-induced cardiotoxici-ty.This article reviewes the mechanism of reactive oxygen species involved in the arsenic trioxide-induced cardiotoxicity.
