摘要
《国家标准化发展纲要》部署了加强标准化人才建设,造就一支熟练掌握国际规则、精通专业技术的职业化队伍的重点任务,实施标准国际化跃升工程需要国际标准化人才的保障。文章着眼于具有突出特点的美日国际标准化教育,深入剖析两国的实施举措和创新做法,总结归纳其共性规律和多维路径,为我国国际标准化人才培养提供了借鉴和启示。
The National Standardization Development Outline has deployed the key tasks of strengthening the cultivation of standardization talents and creating a professional team proficient in international rules and professional technology.The implementation of the standard internationalization project needs the support of international standardization talents.Focusing on the international standardized education with outstanding characteristics in the United States and Japan,the article makes an in-depth analysis of the implementation measures and innovative practices of the two countries,and summarizes the common features/aracteristics and multi-dimensional paths,providing reference and inspiration for the training of international standardization talents in China.
