标准化服务业统计指标体系研究

A Study on the Statistical Index System for Standardization Service Industry

标准化服务业是在我国标准化事业快速发展和标准化改革不断推进过程中,逐渐形成的一种知识密集型的高科技服务行业。目前,我国还没有建立一套适应标准化服务业发展的统计指标体系,这与该行业的快速发展不相吻合。文章阐明了标准化服务业的概念和内涵;分析了标准化服务业发展现状;构建了财务状况指标、人力资源指标、科技创新指标、业务活动指标等4个一级指标及进一步细化的17个二级指标、55个三级指标的标准化服务业统计指标体系。本文的探索性研究为标准化服务业统计工作的实施提供理论依据和参考价值。

Standardization service industry is a knowledge-intensive,high-tech service industry,which was formed in the process of standardization’s rapid expansion and reform in China.At present,China has not established the statistical index system to adapt to the development of the standardization service industry,which does not coincide with the rapid development of the industry.The paper clarifies the concept and connotation of the standardization service industry,and analyzes the development status.It then establishes a multi-level framework of statistical index system for the standardization service industry,including 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators.The 4 firstlevel indicators are financial indicators,human resources indicators,scientific and technological innovation indicators,and business activity indicators.The exploratory research provides an important theoretical basis and reference value for the implementation of statistical work in the standardization service industry.
