我国政府质量奖研究热点及趋势探析——基于CiteSpace可视化分析

Research Hotspots and Trend of Governmental Quality Award——Based on Visualization Analysis by CiteSpace

本文以1996-2020年CNKI全文数据库中有关质量奖研究的文献数据为研究对象,借CiteSpace可视化分析工具来进行有关质量奖研究热点及趋势探析,包括基本特征分析、作者机构分析、关键词分析。分析结果显示有关质量奖研究的文献发文量在此区间段有所波动但总体趋势向下,个别学者发文量较大但学者间联系合作交流较少;发文机构间的交流合作较少、尚未形成有规模的网络结构;研究热点方面,质量奖制度设立初期,以质量奖本身和卓越绩效、质量管理为基础,逐渐向评价方法和准则、质量监管、公共服务等方向扩展。

Based on the literature data on quality award research in CNKI database ranging from 1996 to 2020,this paper studies the hot spots and trends of the research on quality award by using the CiteSpace visualization analysis tool.Such analysis includes basic characteristics,author,organization and keyword.The analysis results show that the number of literature on quality award research fluctuates in this interval,but the overall trend is downward.The number of literature published by some scholars is large,but the contacts,cooperation and communication among scholars are not much.There are few exchanges and cooperation between publishing agencies and a largescale network structure has not yet been formed.In terms of research hot spots,it starts from quality award itself and performance excellence quality management in the early stage of the establishment of the quality award system,then it gradually expands to the direction of evaluation methods and standards,quality supervision and public service.
