补肾清热利湿汤联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗慢性肾炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Bushen Qingre Lishi decoction and piperazine ferulate tablets on chronic nephritis

目的:观察补肾清热利湿汤联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎 (CGN) 的临床疗效及安全性。方法:通过随机数字表法将符合纳入标准的60例CGN患者分为两组各30例,对照组予阿魏酸哌嗪片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予补肾清热利湿汤治疗。两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组中医证候积分、炎性因子指标和肾功能水平,同时分析两组临床疗效与不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67% (χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、肾功能指标均降低 (P﹤0.05) ,两组IL-4水平升高,IL-7和TNF-α水平降低 (P﹤0.05);且治疗组各指标改善程度均优于对照组 (P﹤0.05) 。结论:补肾清热利湿汤联合阿魏酸哌嗪片能改善患者症状,调节炎症因子,改善肾功能,安全性好。

Objective:To observe the Efficacy and safety of Bushen Qingre Lishi decoction and piperazine ferulate tablets on chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:60 cases of CGN patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral piperazine ferulate tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Qingre Lishi decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor indexes and level of renal function were compared between two groups.At the same time,the Efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed in two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was96.67%,which was higher than 76.67% of control group( χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023).After treatment in two groups,TCM syndrome score and renal function indexes were reduced(P﹤0.05);the level of IL-4 was increased,the levels of IL-7and TNF-αwere decreased(P﹤0.05);and the improvement of each index in treatment group was better than that in control group(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Qingre Lishi decoction combined with piperazine ferulate tablets can improve the symptoms of patients,regulate the inflammatory factors,improve the renal function,and with better safety.
