摘要
目的探讨优化Ⅱ型囊泡单胺转运体示踪剂^(18)F-FP-DTBZ临床显像的使用剂量。方法对比分析健康志愿者和帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者不同给药剂量的PET图像。11例健康志愿者及18例Hoehn-Yahr I期PD患者,均随机分为低剂量组(low dose,LD)和高剂量组(high dose,HD),LD组给药量(222±18.5)MBq,HD组为(370±18.5)MBq。注射示踪剂90 min后采集PET数据15 min。PET图像通过视觉分析和半定量分析。结果视觉分析:健康志愿者的壳核区域均有较高摄取;健康志愿者和PD患者图像均存在视觉可辨差异,给药剂量差异未增加图像视觉评判难度。半定量分析:LD组和HD组的健康志愿者壳核相对枕叶的标准摄取比(standardizeduptakevalueratio,SUVr)差异无统计学意义;PD患者双侧壳核前、后部SUVr差异均无统计学意义。结论LD组和HD组给药剂量差异不影响显像效果和结果判定,临床检查时推荐采用低剂量(222 MBq),在保证显像效果的同时减少患者和操作人员的辐射剂量,同时降低用药成本。
Objective To optimize the clinical dosage of ^(18)F-FP-DTBZ in the type II vesicle monoamine transporter(VMAT 2)PET imaging.Methods We compared PET images between heath control(HC)and Parkinson's disease(PD)patients under different dose of the tracer.11 HCs and 18 PD patients(Hoehn-Yahr stage I)were recruited and divided into low dose(LD)and high dos(HD)group.The tracer dosage of LD group was(222±18.5)MBq,and the HD group was(370±18.5)MBq.PET data were collected for 15 min after trace injection for 90 min.The PET imagings were analyzed by visual and semi-quantitative method.Results Visual analysis there was high uptake in the both putamen of HC.Differences could be identified in the images of HCs and PD patients.The difference in dosage did not increase the difficulty of visual judgment of the images.Semi-quantitative analysis There was no statistical difference in the standardized uptake value ratio(SUVr)in putamen of normal subjects between the LD and the HD group,and no statistical difference in the SUVr ratio between the anterior and posterior putamen in PD patients.Conclusion The tracer dosage difference between the LD and HD groups does not affect the imaging and result determination.Using a low dose 222 MBq of ^(18)F-FP-DTBZ in clinical will be beneficial to reduce the radiation dose of patients and operators,while reducing the cost of tracer.
