实时组织弹性成像与MSCT对肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张诊断价值比较

Comparison of real-time tissue elastography and MSCT in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis with esophageal varices

目的探讨实时组织弹性成像(RTE)与MSCT对肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张(EV)的诊断价值。方法选取我院2018年10月~2020年4月收治的肝硬化患者64例作为观察对象,对每例患者进行RTE与MSCT扫描,并以内镜检查结果作为“金标准”,比较两种检查方法的诊断价值。结果64例中经内镜检查56例存在EV,RTE检查38例患者存在EV,MSCT检查50例患者存在EV;以内镜检查为金标准,MSCT灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为85.71%、75.00%、84.38%均高于RTE的60.71%、50.00%、59.38%。结论RTE与MSCT在肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张诊断中应用均有一定的价值,其中MSCT诊断的灵敏度及特异度均高于RET。

Objective To investigate the values of real-time tissue elastography(RTE)and multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of liver cirrhotic with esophageal varices(esophageal varices,EV).Methods From October 2018 to April 2020,64 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected as the research objects,RTE and MSCT scan were performed for all the patients,and the results of the endoscopy were used as the"gold standard",the diagnostic values of the two methods were compared.ResultsAmong 64 patients,EV was found in 56 patients by endoscopy,EV was found in 38 patients by RTE,and EV was found in 50 patients by MSCT;Taking endoscopy as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT were 85.71%,75.00%and 84.38%respectively,which were higher than 60.71%,50.00%and 59.38%of RTE.Conclusion RTE and MSCT have certain values in the diagnosis of liver cirrhotic with EV,the sensitivity and specificity of MSCT diagnosis are higher than those of RET.
