MRI对前交叉韧带黏液样变性的诊断价值

The value of MRI in diagnosis of the mucoid degeneration in anterior crucidte ligament

目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带黏液样变性的MRI表现并分析、总结,以此提高认识和诊断水平。方法选取并分析经关节镜或手术证实的12例膝关节前交叉韧带黏液样变性的MRI影像特点,包括病变的位置、形态、信号和结构特点。结果12例患者MRI均表现为前交叉韧带T1WI呈稍低信号、PDWI呈稍高信号,韧带结构完整,形态弥漫性肿胀、增粗,其中合并有腱鞘囊肿2例。结论膝关节前交叉韧带黏液样变性MRI影像学表现有一定的特点,MRI在其诊断中有着非常重要的作用。

Objective To study MRI manifestations and characteristics of the mucoid degeneration in anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint,in order to improve the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods We retrospectively analyzed MRI features of 12 cases with mucinous degeneration of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint confirmed by operation or arthroscopy,including the morphology,range,signal characteristics of the lesion site.Results All the 12 cases of mucinous degeneration of the anterior cruciate ligament presented diffuse thickening,with intact ligament.T1WI presented slightly lower signal,while PDWI presented diffuse high signal.One had features of both mucinous degeneration and ganglion cysts,and one had intraosseous cysts.Conclusion Imaging manifestations of the mucoid degeneration in anterior cruciate ligament have a certain characteristic and MRI in the position and value of qualitative diagnosis is very important.
