摘要
为严格用水总量控制与定额管理,客观掌握武威市农田灌溉水有效利用状况,有利于改进区域输水灌溉方式、合理规划分配利用水资源,进而助推实施国家农业节水增效行动。本文在武威市20个灌区中选取12个具有代表性的样点灌区,采用首尾测算分析法对2016—2020年武威市农田灌溉水有效利用系数进行测算,分析影响系数变化的主要因素。结果表明,2016—2020年武威市农田灌溉水有效利用系数呈现逐年上升的趋势;市纯井灌区农田灌溉水有效利用系数相比大中型灌区较高。此外,本文从高效节水灌溉工程投资、高效节水灌溉技术推广、节水激励机制建设、灌区智能化管理等方面提出农业节水增效措施,以促进武威市农田灌溉水有效利用系数稳步提升。
In order to strictly control the total water consumption and quota management, objectively grasping the effective utilization status of farmland irrigation water in Wuwei City, can improve the regional water delivery and irrigation mode, rationally plan and allocate and utilize water resources, and then promote the implementation of national agricultural water-saving and efficiency-increasing actions.In this paper, 12 representative sample irrigation districts were selected from 20 irrigation districts in Wuwei City, and the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Wuwei City from 2016 to 2020 was calculated by the head-tqil calculation method, and the main factors influencing the change of the coefficient were analyzed.The results showed that the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Wuwei City increased year by year from 2016 to 2020. The effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in city pure well irrigation area is higher than that in large and medium-sized irrigation areas. In addition, this paper puts forward agricultural water-saving and efficiency-increasing measures from the aspects of investment in high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects, promotion of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technology, construction of water-saving incentive mechanism, intelligent management of irrigation areas, etc., so as to promote the steady improvement of the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Wuwei City.
