摘要
为探究水中硫化物的最优检测方法,方便检测人员在实际工作中合理选择检测方法,本文对亚甲基蓝分光光度法、连续流动分析法、气相分子吸收光谱法3种检测方法进行对比分析研究。结果表明,3种检测方法均能实现硫化物的测定,而气相分子吸收光谱法具有较高的线性范围、试剂种类少、分析速度快、可在线自动检测和自动稀释等优点,适用于间断分析、大批量样品的检测,是水中硫化物的最优检测方法。
In order to explore the optimal detection method of sulfide in water, and to facilitate the reasonable selection of detection methods in practical work, three detection methods, namely methylene blue spectrophotometry, continuous flow analysis and gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry, were compared and studied in this paper. The results show that all three detection methods can realize the determination of sulfide. Gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry has the advantages of high linear range, few kinds of reagents, fast analysis speed, online automatic detection and automatic dilution, etc. It is suitable for intermittent analysis and mass sample detection, and is the best detection method for sulfide in water.
