Based on a brief summary of the effectiveness of the informatization construction and management of water conservancy in Dezhou and a thorough investigation of the main problems, Dezhou City, supported by data, focused on preventing and resolving major risks and resolutely containing major accidents, and aimed at three-dimensional monitoring, refined management, intelligent decision-making and convenient service, put forward 24 key points for the informatization construction, management and operation of water conservancy safety in the coming period from six aspects of overall, systematic, applicable, practical, open and forward-looking. Its experience can provide reference for similar work.
