摘要
为深入了解老年服务与管理专业学生现代学徒制实施的效果,采用质性研究中的描述性现象学研究法,选取在不同养老机构担任学徒的大三学生进行半结构式访谈。结果显示:机构学徒提升了学生的专业认同感,明确未来的职业选择,增强了学生的实际操作、沟通协调、人文关怀等职业能力,养成了良好的职业素养,感受到了自我价值的实现和成就感;但也存在工作强度大,学徒工资不高,不同养老机构学徒培养水平参差不齐等问题。应对学生的机构学徒环节进行标准化管理,从国家、学校、企业、学生四个层面共同努力,进一步完善现代学徒制运行机制,提高养老人才培养质量。
In order to deeply and comprehensively understand the effect of modern apprenticeship implementation for geriatric service and management students, the descriptive phenomenological research method of qualitative study is adopted to select junior students who are apprenticed in differentelderly care institutions for semi-structured interviews. The results show that apprenticeshipin institutions improves students’ professional identity, clarifies their future career choice, enhances their practical operation, communication and coordination, humanistic care and other professional abilities, develops good professional quality, and feels the realization of self-value and sense of achievement.But there are also problems such as high work intensity, low wages for apprentices, and uneven training levels of apprentices in different institutions.Standardized management should be carried out on students’ institutional apprenticeship, and efforts should be made from the four levels of the state, schools, enterprises and students to further improve the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship system and improve the training quality of endowment talents.
