摘要 构建了数据赋能化工产业机理模型,认为数据赋能化工产业有3条路径:嵌入赋能、协同赋能和多维赋能。在嵌入赋能路径中,数据要素对化工产业相关生产要素的改造仅是“物理”层面的改造,可提升传统生产要素的效率;在协同赋能路径中,数据要素对化工产业相关生产要素的改造为“化学”层面的改造,解构原有生产要素并重构,可实现化工企业全要素生产率最优;在多维赋能路径中,数据赋能化工产业链、供应链、价值链及数字化生态系统,可为化工产业创造多元价值。建议化工产业数字化转型要规划先行,发挥专项的引领作用;设立石化产业数字化转型专项,支持化工产业与工业互联网深度耦合;以数字孪生为核心,打造应用架构、应用场景及支撑环境;建立高效有序的化工产业数字化转型生态系统。 This paper constructs a mechanism model of data empowering the chemical industry,and believes that it has three paths like embedded empowerment,collaborative empowerment and multi-dimensional empowerment.In the embedded empowerment path,the data elements only transform other production factors at the“physical”level,which can improve the efficiency of traditional production factors;in the collaborative empowerment path,the data elements deconstruct and reconstruct the original relevant production factors of the chemical industry,and transform it at the“chemical”level,which can achieve the optimal total factor productivity of chemical enterprises;in the multi-dimensional empowerment path,the data elements can empower the chemical industry chain,supply chain,value chain and digital ecosystem,which can create diversified values for the chemical industry.It recommends that the digital transformation of the chemical industry should be planned first and play a leading role;set up a special project for the digital transformation of the petrochemical industry to support the deep coupling between the chemical industry and the industrial Internet;create application architecture,application scenarios and supporting environment with digital twins as the core;establish an efficient and orderly digital transformation ecosystem for the chemical industry.
