2016—2020年可克达拉市牛口蹄疫免疫抗体监测分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为科学评估牛口蹄疫免效果,及时有效开展疫情预警预报,制定有针对性防控策略。[方法]第四师畜牧兽医工作站对2016—2020年集中免疫后牛口蹄疫免疫血清抗体检测数据进行整理分析。[结果]共检测牛O型口蹄疫免疫血清样品6 797份,合格6 334份,平均合格率93.19%;牛A型口蹄疫免疫血清样品5 997份,合格5 502份,平均合格率91.75%。[结论]结果表明师市牛口蹄疫总体免疫效果较好,各年度免疫抗体合格率均达到了农业农村部规定标准,牛群能得到有效保护。 [Objective] In order to evaluate the immune effect of bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) scientifically, timely and effectively carry out the early warning and prediction of the epidemic situation, and formulate the targeted prevention and control strategy.[Method] The detection data of bovine FMD immune serum antibody from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed. [Result] A total of 6 797 serum samples of type O FMD were detected, 6 334 were qualified, and the average qualified rate was 93.19%. There were 5 997 type A FMD samples(5 502 qualified samples), and the average qualified rate was 91.75%. [Conclusion] The results showed that the overall immune effect of bovine FMD was good, and the qualified rate of immune antibody in each year reached the standard of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the cattle could be protected effectively.
