摘要 目的 建立同时测定一点红中14种微量元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),通过考察多批次样品的微量元素含量情况,为一点红的质量控制提供参考。方法 采用ICP-MS法对17批不同厂家的样品中14种微量元素进行定量测定,并用SPSS软件对结果进行统计分析。结果 一点红中药材中必需微量元素Mn、Fe、Zn、Sr含量较高,As、Pb、Hg均低于2020年版中国药典中重金属及有害元素一致性限量指导值,16批次药材的Cd含量、1批次药材的Cu含量超过了限量指导值,不同厂家的样品中部分微量元素含量差异显著。结论 有必要制定一点红中有害元素Cd和Cu的限量值以控制其质量,同时厂家应从产地源头到制备工艺等减少重金属及有害元素的污染。 Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 14 microelements in Emilia Sonchifolia and provide reference for the quality control of Emilia Sonchifolia through investigation of the contents of trace elements in multiple batches of samples. Methods ICP-MS was used to quantitatively determine 14 microelements in 17 batches of samples from different manufacturers, and SPSS software was used for statistically analyze the results. Results The contents of essential trace elements Mn, Fe, Zn and Sr were high in Emilia Sonchifolia. Levels of As, Pb, Hg were below the guideline limit values of heavy metals and harmful elements listed in 2020 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The content of Cd in 16 batches of samples and Cu in 1 batch of sample exceeded the guideline limit values. The contents of some trace elements in samples from different manufacturers were significantly different. Conclusion It is necessary to set limit values of harmful elements Cd and Cu in Emilia Sonchifolia to control its quality. At the same time, the manufacturers should reduce the pollution of heavy metals and harmful elements from the place of origin to the preparation process, etc.
