天然药物抗肿瘤作用机制研究

Research Progress on Anti-tumor Mechanism of Natural Products

随着对天然药物抗肿瘤作用机制研究的深入,发现其抗肿瘤作用可能与调节机体免疫功能,抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭,逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性,抑制端粒酶活性等相关。本文对天然药物抗肿瘤作用机制进行简要综述。

With the deepening of the research on the anti-tumor mechanism of natural products, it is found that their anti-tumor effects may be related to regulation of the body’s immune function, inhibition of the proliferation, migration and invasion of tumor cells, reverse of the multidrug resistance of tumor cells, and inhibition of the telomerase activity,etc. In this paper, the anti-tumor mechanism of natural drugs is briefly reviewed.
