药食两用中药在痛风防治中的研究进展

Research Progress of Edible Traditional Chinese Medicines for Prevention and Treatment of Gout

痛风是一种嘌呤代谢紊乱引起的代谢性疾病,主要表现为高尿酸血症和痛风性关节炎。药食两用中药具有安全性好、保健功能突出的特点。本文从国家公布的药食同源中药材目录中,通过查阅文献,筛选出葛根、白芷、桑叶等24种降尿酸中药,蝮蛇、葛根等4种治疗痛风性关节炎中药,并对其作用加以综述,以冀为基于药食同源中药的抗痛风产品研发提供借鉴。

Gout, a metabolic disease caused by the purine metabolism disorder, mainly manifests as hyperuricemia and gouty arthritis. Edible traditional Chinese medicines(ETCMs) have the characteristics of good safety and outstanding health care functions. In this paper, from the ETCM catalog issued by the government, 24 ETCMs including Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Mori Folium with the capacity of lowering serum uric acid and 4ETCMs with the potency of counteracting gouty arthritis are screened out, and their functions are reviewed, in order to provide a reference for the research and development of anti-gout products based on ETCMs.
