北斗三号导航卫星高能质子及单粒子风险监测载荷开发

摘要 针对MEO轨道空间粒子辐射对卫星在轨运行时产生的多种辐射效应,在北斗三号导航卫星M15/M16.上配置了高能质子及单粒子风险监测载荷。这是国内首次提出在该轨道开展空间高能质子能谱(3~300 MeV)、粒子辐射LET谱(1~100 MeV/(mg/cm^(2)))、典型器件单粒子翻转及辐射剂量(0~2×10^(6)rad(Si))等多种辐射效应的联合探测,通过该载荷在轨运行获得的探测数据,可用于空间粒子辐射效应的特征和规律研究,有助于从粒子辐射效应的因果链上解决航天器在轨遇到的故障、异常现象等问题。 Aiming at the radiation effects of space particle radiation on the satellites in MEO orbit,a high-energy proton and single particle risk monitor are equipped on Chinese navigation satellite M15/M16.For the first time in China,joint detection of multiple radiation effects such as high-energy proton energy spectrum(3~300 MeV),particle radiation Let spectrum(1~100 MeV/(mg/cm2)),typical device single particle turnover and radiation dose(0~2×10^(6) rad(Silicon))is carried out.The above detection data can be used to study the characteristics and laws of space particle radiation effect.It is helpful to solve the problems of faults and abnormal phenomena encountered by spacecraft in orbit from the causal chain of particle radiation effect.
