摘要
常规的健康参数状态监测方法,只在训练完成阶段进行监测,导致该检测方法的安全系数偏低,因此,在高强度训练下,提出阶段式的学生体质健康参数状态监测方法.该方法根据高强度训练与学生体质之间的关系,设置阶段式集成动态监测模式;通过加权聚类学生体质变化特征,确定健康参数波动范围;偏移度算法获取健康参数实时状态,设置安全预警监测指标.实验测试结果与常规的监测方法相比,该监测方法在监测初始阶段、进行阶段以及完成阶段,对学生的健康参数状态进行监测,获取实时变化参数,确保学生训练安全.由此可见,阶段式的监测方法安全性更高,满足学生训练需求.
The conventional health parameter status monitoring method only monitors during the training completion stage, which leads to a low safety factor of this detection method.Therefore, under high-intensity training, a stepwise monitoring method for student physical health parameters is proposed.According to the relationship between high-intensity training and students’ physique, this method sets a staged integrated dynamic monitoring mode;determines the fluctuation range of health parameters by weighting the characteristics of students’ physical changes;the offset algorithm obtains the real-time status of health parameters and sets security warnings monitoring indicators.Experimental test results: Compared with conventional monitoring methods, this monitoring method monitors the health parameters of students during the initial, monitoring and completion stages, and obtains real-time changing parameters to ensure the safety of student training.It can be seen that the phased monitoring method is more secure and meets the training needs of students.
