摘要
基于高阶理论与组织期望理论,以2007-2017年香港交易所中资上市高科技企业为研究样本,探讨了领导者韧性对高科技企业探索式创新的影响,以及期望落差对二者关系的调节效应。结果表明:领导者韧性对高科技企业探索式创新具有正向促进作用;期望落差强化了领导者韧性与高科技企业探索式创新之间的正向影响关系。进一步研究发现:期望落差的持续时间越长,领导者韧性对探索式创新的积极作用越强烈。
Based on the upper echelon theory and the expectancy theory, this paper discusses the impact of managerial resilience on the exploratory innovation, and the regulatory effect of the aspiration gap on the relationship between them by taking Chinese listed high-tech companies in the Hong Kong stock market from 2007 to 2017 as samples. Results show that the managerial resilience has a positive effect on the exploratory innovation of high-tech enterprises. And the aspiration gap strengthens the positive relationship. In the further research, the longer the aspiration gap lasts, the stronger the managerial resilience has a positive effect on the exploratory innovation.
