摘要
介绍了Aspen plus在PVC气力输送工艺计算中的应用,对比了应用于PVC气力输送压力损失计算时,传统手动计算与Aspen plus计算的过程与结果。由结果可见,基于Aspen plus的计算与传统手动计算的结果基本一致,相对误差仅为0.8%,但Aspen plus计算过程更加快速、高效。
The application of Aspen plus to PVC pneumatic conveying process calculation was introduced.The calculation and results of pressure loss in PVC pneumatic conveying were compared between traditional manual calculation and Aspen plus calculation.The results showed that the calculation results based on Aspen plus was basically consistent with the results of traditional manual calculation,and the relative error was only 0.8%.The Aspen plus computing process was faster and more efficient.
