摘要 分析了干法乙炔生产过程中乙炔气洗涤冷却塔中堵塞的原因,并进行了将填料去除的改造。通过配置相应的喷淋设施,解决了因洗涤冷却塔堵塞而影响发生器正常运行的问题,取得了较好的效果,为氯碱行业提供了理论依据和实践经验。 The causes of blockage in the acetylene gas washing cooling tower during dry acetylene production were analyzed.Packless modifications of the tower were made.Through the configuration of corresponding spraying devices,the blockage problem of affecting the normal operation of the dry-process acetylene generator were solved,and good results were achieved.This modification could provide theoretical basis and practical experience for chloralkali industry.
