摘要
喘振为离心式压缩机的固有特性,在设计中无法消除,对离心式压缩机的稳定运行具有严重伤害。根据压缩机的性能曲线设计动态控制方式,通过对工况工作点与防喘振线的对应关系控制机组出口的流量,采用打回流的方式改变压力、流量等,可科学有效地避免喘振的发生。防喘振阀门作为主要的控制部件,选型也尤为重要,需要根据不同的工况采用不同的选型方案。
Surge was an inherent characteristic of centrifugal compressor,and could not be eliminated in design.The happening of surge had serious damage for the stable operation of centrifugal compressor.But the happening of surge could be scientifically and effectively avoided through designing dynamic control method according to the compressor performance curve,through controlling the compressor unit export flow based on the corresponding relationship between the working condition of working point and the anti-surge curve,and through changing factors such as pressure and flow by reflux.It was particularly important to select different kinds of anti-surge valve as the main control component according to different working conditions.
