结肠及网膜炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤2例报道

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of colon and omentum:a report of 2 cases

摘要 患者1:网膜IMT。女性,30岁。因左上腹痛3 d入院。患者3 d前出现左上腹痛,持续性,不向其他部位放射,与呼吸及体位无关,无其他不适。查体:左上腹部可触及一大小约10 cm×8 cm×6 cm肿物,质软,活动度差,伴触痛。既往史无特殊。
