摘要
选取子午岭保护区药用植物刺五加,分析其不同部位紫丁香苷、多糖和黄酮的含量。结果发现子午岭保护区刺五加不同部位紫丁香苷、多糖和黄酮含量均存在显著差异。紫丁香苷含量为0.0001%~0.0018%,其中茎干中含量最高,为0.0018%;多糖含量为3.43%~7.53%,其中茎干中含量最高,为7.53%;黄酮含量为0.45%~5.12%,其中嫩叶中含量最高,为5.12%。与其他地区相比,子午岭保护区刺五加多糖含量处于较高水平,黄酮含量处于中等水平,紫丁香苷含量处于较低水平。该地区刺五加茎、枝和叶均具有药用价值,能够进行引种培育,有较高的利用价值。
The study selected the medicinal plant Acanthopanax senticosus in Ziwuling Nature Reserve,and determined the chemical active components of syringin,polysaccharide and flavonoids in different parts.The results show that there are significant differences in the content of chemical active components in different parts of A.senticosus in Ziwuling Nature Reserve.The content of syringin is about 0.0001%~0.0018%,and the highest content of stem is 0.0018%;The content of polysaccharide is about 3.43%~7.53%,and the stem content is the highest at 7.53%;The flavonoid content is about 0.45%~5.12%,and the spear content is the highest at 5.12%.Compared with other areas,the active ingredient polysaccharide content of A.senticosus in Ziwuling Nature Reserve is at a higher level,the flavonoid content is at a medium level,and the syringin content is at a lower level.In this area,the stems,branches and leaves of A.senticosus have medicinal value,which can be introduced and cultivated for high utilization value.
