摘要 为解决高危污染环境中有毒气体分布的全方位安全检测,以制定现场修复工作的决策及保障现场工作人员安全,结合嵌入式系统和物联网(IoT)技术,设计了基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的移动式集成化有毒气体检测系统。系统对环境中诸如一氧化碳(CO)等多种有毒气体含量及采样点坐标进行实时检测,利用无线传输单元将数据上传至云平台以进一步分析。实验结果表明:本系统性能稳定、误差较小,检测数据浓度与实际数据浓度偏差均小于5%,系统集成化程度高,摆脱了固定检测的限制,利用移动平台搭载对高危污染现场气体分布进行全方位检测。 In order to solve the comprehensive safety detection of toxic gas distribution in high-risk pollution environment, to make the decision of field repair work and ensure the safety of field workers, a set of mobile integrated toxic gas detection system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ is designed by combining embedded system and Internet of things(IoT)technology.The system measures the amount of toxic gases in the environment, such as carbon monoxide, and the coordinates of sampling points in real time, and wireless transmission units are used to upload data to the cloud platform for further analysis.The experimental results show that the system has stable performance and small error, the deviation between the detection data concentration and the actual data concentration are less than 5 %,the system is highly integrated, and the mobile platform is used to carry out all-round detection of the gas distribution in the high-risk pollution site to get rid of the limitation of fixed detection.
