烧蚀传感器的设计与实现

摘要 针对烧蚀传感器使用环境的高温高压和烧蚀传感器测量需满足快速、准确、在线测量等难题,利用烧蚀材料在烧蚀过程中形成碳化层将埋在烧蚀材料中的金属导线联通,接通外电路,输出电信号的原理实现烧蚀厚度与电量之间的转换。详细说明了烧蚀传感器的工作原理及其电路设计方法。试验结果表明:该烧蚀传感器测量结果误差达到±0.1 mm,满足实际使用要求。 Aiming at the problems of high temperature,high pressure application environment,fast and accurate on-line measurement of ablation sensor,using the principle that the ablative material forms a carbonization layer in ablation process,the metal wires buried in the ablative material are connected,and the external circuit is connected to output electrical signals,so as to realize the conversion between ablation thickness and electric quantity.The working principle and circuit design method of ablation sensor are described in detail.Test results show that the measurement error of the ablation sensor is±0.1 mm,which meets the requirements of practical use.
