摘要
运用DEA与Malmquist指数对中国29个省(直辖市)的乡镇卫生医疗资源配置进行静态与动态两方面分析。结果表明,2010—2018年中国乡镇卫生医疗资源配置效率呈波动趋势,中西部地区的资源配置效率低于东部地区,中国乡镇卫生医疗资源配置存在明显的地区差异。对此提出政府应整合地区医疗资源,推进乡镇卫生医疗技术创新,加大中西部地区卫生医疗资源投入,促进中国乡镇卫生医疗资源合理配置。
DEA and Malmquist index were used to analyze the static and dynamic aspects of township health and medical resources allocation in 29 provinces(municipalities)of China.The results showed that the efficiency of township health and medical resources allocation showed a fluctuating trend from 2010 to 2018.The resources allocation efficiency of central and western regions was significantly lower than that of eastern regions.There were obvious regional differences in the allocation of township health and medical resources in China.Therefore,the government should integrate regional medical resources,promote township health and medical technology innovation,increase the investment of health and medical resources in central and western regions,and promote the rational allocation of township health and medical resources in China.
