广西现代农业园区发展历程与经验启示

Development process and experience enlightenment of Guangxi modern agricultural park

采用文献归纳法、经验总结法等方式,梳理广西现代农业园区的发展历程,总结和归纳各阶段的发展经验与启示。依据国家现代农业园区发展历程及广西发展实际,考虑到关键园区的建成开放、政策措施、园区数量和运营机制等因素,将广西现代农业园区的发展分为3个阶段,包括初创探索阶段(1994—2000)、规范发展阶段(2001—2009)和成熟提高阶段(2010及以后)。经分析与总结得出政府重视高、资金来源广、人才组织强、科技支撑强、协同共发展等广西现代农业园区发展经验及启示。

By the means of literature induction and experience summary,the development process of Guangxi modern agricultural park was sorted out,and the development experience and enlightenment of each stage were summarized.Based on the development process of national modern agricultural parks and the reality of Guangxi,considered the factors of key parks,such as the completion and opening up,policies and measures,the number of parks and operation mechanism.It included the stage of initial exploration(1994—2000),the stage of normative development(2001—2009)and the stage of maturity improvement(2010 and later).Through the analysis and summary,it was concluded that the government attaches great importance to high,wide source of funds,strong talent organization,strong technological support,coordinated development of Guangxi modern agricultural park development experience and enlightenment.
