摘要
迷迭香中提取的挥发油具有天然抗氧化性能,通过对云南、广东、广西等8个地区的迷迭香进行挥发油提取,考察迷迭香挥发油产率最高的产地。以茶多酚为阳性对照组,采用肝脂质抑制率测定法,对提取率最高产地的迷迭香挥发油进行抗氧化活性测定研究,结果表明:广东迷迭香提取率最高为2.22%,广东迷迭香提取物测得的最高平均肝氧化抑制率为82.87%,接近于茶多酚测定值92.33%,表明迷迭香提取物抗氧化能力与茶多酚相当,具有较好的抗氧化活性,且采取该方法简便、有效、可控,具有良好的应用前景。
The volatile oil extracted from rosemary has natural antioxidant properties.The volatile oil was extracted from eight regions of rosemary in Yunnan,Guangdong and Guangxi,and the producing areas with the highest yield of the volatile oil were investigated.Using tea polyphenols as positive control group,the antioxidant activity of volatile oil from rosemary with the highest extraction rate was determined by liver lipid inhibition rate method.The results show that:Guangdong rosemary extraction yield up to 2.22%,the highest measured in guangdong rosemary extract liver oxidation inhibition rate was 82.87%,the average close to 92.33%tea polyphenol measurements,show that rosemary extract antioxidant ability of tea polyphenols and its good antioxidant activity,and adopt the method is simple,effective and controllable,and it has good application prospect.
