过渡金属应用于甲醛催化研究进展及性能分析

摘要 过渡金属催化剂具有廉价且丰富易得的优点,其良好的比表面积、孔道结构能提供丰富表面活性位点同时又能克服贵金属催化剂易团聚烧结热稳定性差等缺陷,在VOCs治理领域得到越来越多的关注。本文对近年来负载过渡金属氧化物型催化剂催化氧化甲醛的研究进行了综述,分析并总结了过渡金属氧化物催化剂的优缺点、影响因素、改性措施,提出了镍基催化剂在VOCs领域的应用前景,并对过渡金属催化剂在未来研究中的发展进行了展望。 Transition metal catalysts have the advantages of being cheap and abundant and easy to obtain.Its good specific surface area and pore structure can provide abundant surface active sites and overcome the shortcomings of noble metal catalysts such as easy agglomeration and poor thermal stability of sintering.Getting more and more attention in the field of VOCs governance.This article reviews the recent researches on the catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde with supported transition metal oxide catalysts,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of transition metal oxide catalysts,influencing factors,and modification measures,and proposes the application of nickel-based catalysts in the field of VOCs.Prospects and prospects for the development of transition metal catalysts in future research.
