摘要
为了探讨我国危险废物利用处置现状及趋势,从危险废物处置现状及危险废物的来源与危害等方面进行综述,阐述了危险废物利用处置面临的问题及原因。危险废物处理主要分为预处理部分和无害化安全末端处理部分,通过物理、化学、生物等预处理后,为末端无害化处理提供方便,无害化处理的方法有安全焚烧法、安全填埋法、水泥窑协同处理法、回收综合利用处理法。现阶段应切实解决在危险废物处理方面遇到的现实问题,提升资源利用水平,实现生态环境可持续发展。
In order to discuss the present situation and trend of hazardous waste utilization and disposal in China,this paper summarizes the present situation of hazardous waste disposal and the source and harm of hazardous waste,and expounds the problems and causes of hazardous waste utilization and disposal.Hazardous waste treatment is mainly divided into pretreatment part and harmless safe end treatment part.After physical,chemical and biological pretreatment,it provides convenience for harmless end treatment.Harmless treatment methods include safe incineration method,safe landfill method,cement kiln cooperative treatment method and recycling and comprehensive utilization treatment method.At present,it is necessary to solve the practical problems of hazardous waste disposal,improve the level of resource utilization and realize the sustainable development of ecological environment.
