摘要
莱菔硫烷(Sulforaphane,SF)也称为萝卜硫素,是由富含于十字花科蔬菜中的硫代葡萄糖苷(Glucoraphanin,GRA)经黑芥子酶酶解作用产生的一类异硫氰酸酯物质。莱菔硫烷具有一系列独特的生物活性,是目前为止发现的最有效的PhaseⅡ酶诱导剂之一,能有效发挥抗癌作用。因此,科研工作者对莱菔硫烷展开了深入的研究。本综述主要是对近年来有关莱菔硫烷的提取、含量测定及功能等方面研究进行了总结,从而为后期莱菔硫烷的提取条件及防癌机制的探究提供参考。
Sulforaphane(SF)is a kind of isothiocyanate,which is transformed from glucoraphanin(GRA)in cruciferous vegetables by the enzymatic hydrolysis of myrosinase.SF possesses a series of unique biological activities.It is one of the most effective PhaseⅡenzymes inducers so far and can effectively prevent cancers.Therefore,researchers have carried out researches on sulforaphane in-depth.The review mainly summarizes the research on the extraction,determination and functionality of sulforaphane in recent years,so as to provide guidance for the later extraction of sulforaphane and the exploration of anti-cancer mechanisms.
