等离子体原子发射光谱法检测焊剂化学成分溶样方法的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 通用焊剂检测方法为化学分析方法,其处理过程较为复杂且繁琐,并且检测结果受人为因素影响较大。而本文采用等离子体原子发射光谱法检测焊剂中的化学成分,具有操作简单、分析速度快、可减轻工作劳动量以及节省试剂耗材等优点。等离子体原子发射光谱法检测焊剂的样品前处理方法无前例可循,本文对焊剂的溶样方法进行了比较研究,通过大量实验数据对比,结果表明,对过程加以控制,碱熔样法和酸溶样法两种熔样方法都是可靠可行的。 The general method of flux detection is chemical analysis,which is complicated and tedious,and the test results are greatly affected by human factors.In this paper,plasma atomic emission spectrometry is used to detect the chemical composition in the flux,which has the advantages of simple operation,fast analysis,can reduce the amount of work and save reagents and supplies.There is no precedent to follow in the sample pretreatment method of plasma atomic emission spectrometry for testing flux.In this paper,the fusion method of flux is compared and studied.By comparing a large number of experimental data,the results show that alkali fusion method and acid fusion method are both reliable and feasible to control the process.
