摘要
针对某造船厂污水站运行TN和NH_(3)-N不达标的情况,利用BioWin6.2软件建立生化段工艺模型,通过实际生化段水质,对模型进行校正,然后运用校正的模型进行工艺参数优化,并对其进行工程验证及应用。结果表明,模型较准确的模拟了三级AO脱氮工艺过程,其优化后的参数外加碳源30~35 kgCOD/d、内回流20%~30%、污泥回流60%~70%、排泥量10%、DO 3.5 mg/L等参数值,使出水TN、NH_(3)-N达到排放要求。
BioWin software(Version 6.2)was used to establish the three-stage AO process in order to solve the problem that TN and NH_(3)-N index in the sewage station of a shipyard were not up to the standard.Firstly,the model was corrected through the actual water quality.And then,the process parameters were optimized by the corrected model,and verified and applied by the engineering.The results showed that the corrected model accurately simulated the three-stage AO process.The optimized process parameters,including additional carbon source of 30~35 kgCOD/d,nitrifying liquid reflux ratio of 20%~30%,sludge reflux ratio of 60%~70%,excess sludge discharge amount of 10%,and aerobic dissolved oxygen of 3.5 mg/L,made the TN and NH_(3)-N index of effluent meet the discharge standard.
