摘要 操作票为操作人员停复役提供依据,如果有大量的操作任务时,工作人员需要反复填写并且核对操作票是否正确,导致工作人员极其容易产生疲劳,提高失误率,并且由于识别的场景不固定,文字布局多样,因此增加了工作人员的工作难度。基于目标相似性算法、OCR图像识别软件、Java技术和VUE技术开发的一种电系操作指令票自动识别系统,可以用来将用户指定的电系操作指令票识别为对应的操作票,并且可以将操作票中固定位置的内容进行替换填写,简化了工作人员的负担,大大提高了工作效率。该系统使用的目标相似性算法的关键在于对图像中的文字提取和文字检测,由于电系操作指令票是有固定格式的文件,所以可以通过Java技术和目标相似性算法对识别到的文字信息进行关键字的提取,然后将操作票中指定位置的内容替换为提取出的关键字,减少工作人员的校验成本,提升任务单转化为操作票的工作效率。通过VUE技术实现了该项目的可视化系统页面的构建,增加了用户的可操作性和交互性。 The command sheet is the basis for the operator to stop and resume service.If there are a large number of operation tasks,the staff needs to fill in and check whether the command sheet is correct repeatedly,which leads to staff fatigue extremely easily and raises the error rate,and increases the work difficulty of the staff because the recognition scenes are not fixed and the text layout is various.Electric system operation instruction ticket recognition system based on the target similarity algorithm,OCR image recognition software,Java technology,VUE technology,can be used to identify the user electric system operation instruction ticket list into the corresponding command sheet,and can replace the contents of the fixed position in the command sheet to fill,simplify the burden of the staff,greatly improve the work efficiency.The key of the target similarity algorithm used in this system lies in the text extraction and text detection in the image.Since the electric system operation instruction ticket is a file with a fixed format,the keywords can be extracted from the recognized text information by Java technology and the target similarity algorithm,and then the contents of the specified position in the command sheet can be replaced with the extracted keywords,which reduces the cost of staff verification and improves the work efficiency of converting task orders into command sheet is improved.The visualization system page of the project is constructed by VUE technology,which increases the user actionable and interactivity.
