摘要
10 kV分线线损率异常原因多样,分析排查手段有局限性。通过变电站、线路和台区三个区段之间的数据采集与监视(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, SCADA)、电能量采集和用电信息采集等多系统交互,提出两种10 kV电缆线路线损率异常分析方法。该两种方法作为排查手段,分别在未配置和已配置配电网自动化的情形下实现,在同期线损计算“T+2”的原则下可相互配合。所提方法在提升线路合理率的同时,有效缩短分析时长,提高分析效率。最后以案例实施验证了两种方法的有效性。
There are various reasons for the abnormal line loss rate of the 10 kV sub-line, and the analysis and troubleshooting methods are limited. Through multi-system interaction between the three sections of substation,line, and station area, data acquisition and monitoring(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, SCADA),electric energy acquisition, and electricity consumption information acquisition, two type analysis methods of 10 kV abnormal line loss rate of cable line are proposed. The two methods are used as investigation methods, which can be implemented with and without distribution network automation, and can cooperate with each other under the principle of “T+2” in the calculation of line loss at the same time. The proposed method can effectively shorten the analysis time and improve the analysis efficiency while improving the reasonable rate of the line. Finally, a case is used to verify the effectiveness of the two methods.
