“双高计划”背景下高职院校人才培养供应链的内涵重构

Connotation Reconstruction of Talent Training Supply Chain in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “Double High” Plan

立足于高职院校的发展诉求和现实挑战,通过分析政府主动推出的引导高职院校发展的“四大专项计划”,厘清高职院校人才培养中利益攸关方的作用,提出“双高计划”背景下人才培养供应链内涵重构的“命运共同体”,结合重构高职人才培养供应链,融入1+X职业技能等级证书,深化开展企业现代学徒制、推进职业教育国家学分银行,重新定位社会对高职教育的认识。

Based on the demands of the era and developing challenges of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the “four special plans” launched by the government to guide the development of higher vocational colleges, clarifies the role of stakeholders in the talent training of higher vocational colleges, and proposes to reconstruct the “community of destiny” in the context of the “double high plan”. We should integrate the 1 + X vocational skill level certificate, deepen the development of modern apprenticeship in enterprises, promote the national credit bank of vocational education, and reposition the social understanding of higher vocational education.
