新型城镇化与乡村振兴融合发展,是实现城乡可持续发展、缩小城乡差距、改变城乡二元结构的有效途径,两者之间相辅相成、互为因果。新型城镇化能为乡村振兴提供战略支持,乡村振兴能为新型城镇化发展提升内核驱动力。但新型城镇化与乡村振兴的融合发展仍面临一些问题,如农村人口加速流出、农村基础设施建设欠账太多、农村产业基础薄弱等。应从城乡融合发展的高度统筹新型城镇化与乡村振兴建设,消除城乡融合在产业发展、基础设施、公共服务等方面的障碍,促进新型城镇化与乡村振兴融合发展。

The integrated development of new urbanization and rural revitalization is an effective way to achieve sustainable urban and rural development, narrow down the gap between urban and rural areas, and change the dual structure of urban and rural areas. The two procedures complement each other and are causal. New urbanization can provide strategies for rural revitalization. Rural revitalization can enhance the core driving force for the development of new urbanization. In the process of the integration and development of new urbanization and rural revitalization, there are still some problems, such as the accelerated outflow of rural population, too many debts in rural infrastructure construction, and the weak rural industrial foundation. Therefore, we should coordinate the development of new urbanization and rural revitalization from the height of urban-rural integration, eliminate obstacles such as industrial development, infrastructure, and public services of urban-rural integration, and promote the integrated development of new urbanization and rural revitalization.
