摘要
纤连蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)是一种多功能糖蛋白,其额外结构域A(Extra Domain A,EDA)和额外结构域B(Extra Domain B,EDB)在组织修复、纤维化、肿瘤发展和血管生成中都起着至关重要的作用。瘢痕疙瘩是皮肤纤维增生性良性真皮肿瘤,其特征在于真皮和皮下组织中存在成纤维细胞过度增殖和细胞外基质(Extracellular Matrix,ECM)过度沉积。本文就纤连蛋白与瘢痕疙瘩形成机制的关系进行综述,以期从中找到新的治疗瘢痕瘩的方向。
Fibronectin(FN)is a multifunctional glycoprotein.Its EDA and EDB play a vital role in tissue repair,fibrosis,tumor development and angiogenesis.Keloid is a kind of fibrous growth benign dermatology tumor,which is characterized by the excessive proliferation of fibroblasts and the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM)in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues.The mechanism of keloid formation is not completely clear.This article reviews the relationship between fibronectin and the formation mechanism of keloid,in order to find a new direction for the treatment of keloid.
