我国绿色金融发展对策研究——基于实现“双碳”目标

Research on Development Countermeasures of Green Finance in China:Based on Achieving the"Dual Carbon"Goal

“双碳”目标下,我国对支持绿色产业和经济社会可持续发展的绿色金融的需求持续扩大,而“双碳”目标的实现,离不开绿色金融的大力发展。我国绿色金融的发展取得了良好的成绩,但在具体实践中却又面临着很多发展难题。我国应抓住绿色金融发展的机遇,在全面、准确理解“双碳”目标及其内涵的基础上,从配套政策、市场参与主体、政策激励、人才培养等方面制定绿色金融发展策略,不断提高绿色金融服务的绩效,助力实现“双碳”目标。

Under the"dual carbon"target,China's demand for green finance to support green industry and sustainable economic and social development continues to expand.The realization of the"dual carbon"goal cannot be achieved without the vigorous development of green finance.The development of green finance in China has achieved good results,but it is confronted with many problems in practice.China should seize the opportunity of green finance development,develop development strategies from supporting policies,market participants,policy incentives,talent training and other aspects on the basis of a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the"double carbon"target and its connotation,and constantly improve the performance of green finance services to help achieve the"double carbon"target.
